Section titled “I can’t see a page in the menu”- Your account may not have access to that section.
- Ask your administrator to grant access if you need it.
I can’t see an action button (Add/Edit/Delete/Start/Stop)
Section titled “I can’t see an action button (Add/Edit/Delete/Start/Stop)”- Your role may allow viewing but not changing.
- Ask your administrator to grant the required access.
The page is empty
Section titled “The page is empty”Common reasons:
- There is no data for your organization/environment.
- Your access is limited to a subset of data.
I’m getting blocked when opening a page
Section titled “I’m getting blocked when opening a page”- You may not have access to that area.
- Contact your administrator with the page name you tried to open.
